Shipping

Where do you ship?
We provide international shipping. Please note that in some cases we need to check whether we can ship the order to the required country and will, if applicable, provide you with information about the shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification with the tracking information to the email address linked to your purchase. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update after you receiving that email.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Our products ship direct from the manufacturer. As a result, customers can enjoy free shipping and reduced pricing on all merchandise. Shipping times may vary depending on the country we are delivering to and the item we are shipping. However, it usually takes 12-20 business days for shipping to the US and it might be longer for other countries.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification with the tracking information to the email address linked to your purchase. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update after you receiving that email. However in some cases we may not be able to provide a tracking code.

Why is my shipment status unchanged? 
Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on behalf of the postal carrier. If your tracking information has not updated after 72 hours, please contact us and we will investigate. Due to the nature of pre-order sales and often in-demand products, shipping delays may occur. We will do our best to contact you regarding your shipment as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

Will I have to pay customs charges?
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your items.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, VISA or Apple Pay. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://yogamamondo.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy. 

How do I cancel my order?
In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we can't accept cancellation request after the 24 hour period. 

What do I do if I am in between sizes?
We are happy to take a look at your measurements, and give you a personalized recommendation for what we think will work best for you.

How do I return my items?
