Need to return something?
You have ordered something, and now you have to send it back. You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise.

Return Policy

  • Something not right? Returns are easy, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’d love to help. 
  • Yoga Mamondo does not currently offer exchanges.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. All labels must still be attached to return the products.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You get a full 30 days to return your item to us. 

Received the wrong item?
We're really sorry to hear this. In the event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly and efficiently.  

  • Your order number (found on the original order confirmation).
  • The name of the item you did not receive.
  • The name of the item you received in it's place.
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo.
  • All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Received a faulty item?
In the event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information. 

  • Your order number (found on the original order confirmation).
  • Which item is damaged.
  • A description.
  • Photographic evidence.
  • If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support.
  • All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We provide international shipping. Please note that in some cases we need to check whether we can ship the order to the required country and will, if applicable, provide you with information about the shipping costs.

We offer a 100% refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge if there is a mistake on our end. This applies to the following:

  • Your item is lost in transit
  • Your item is damaged in transit
  • You receive the wrong item or item description based on your order

Please take care to choose the correct item (size, color, style, pattern, model etc.) as we cannot refund you if you make an incorrect order. If you notice that you have ordered incorrectly, please let us know ASAP (within 24 hours) and we may be able to resolve the issue.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

When purchasing clothing, please review the sizing information prior to your purchase as standard sizing varies between countries. If you choose the wrong sized item, we cannot accept returns or apply refunds.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email us and we may offer you an in store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

Any Special Offer and Sale Items do not qualify for a refund - we can only offer a replacement as applicable to our Return Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your item(s), please contact us immediately at and we will be happy to provide you with the return address. Please not that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), as well as covering any required customs and duties fees. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any additional cost such as taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer only. Please check for additional fees before ordering merchandise from our store.
